La Molina Restaurant to close down

I have been informed by the owner that La Molina in Tiagua will be closing down. The last day is Sunday 30th October.

The reason for this is that the co-owner and chef, Bruno, who is an experienced sushi chef, is coming to work at the Club La Santa Steak and Sushi bar and they have not been able to recruit a suitable new chef.

Yes, this is the new name for La Bodega and the opening of Club La Santa Steak and Sushi in the Square is eagerly awaited! Expert sushi chefs are now on site.....

THE NEW DESIGN OF THE SERVING AREA LOOKS FANTASTIC AND IMPROVEMENTS TO THE EATING AREA IN THE SQUARE ARE BEING MADE AT THE SAME TIME.
