TSO HALL OF FAME - BENNETT FAMILY WORLD CHAMPIONS!

TSO and ITSO member Eddie Bennett is, at age 72, a World Champion Power Lifter and is in the CLS Hall of Fame in the Sports Cafe.

But the latest addition to the CLS Hall of Fame is Eddie’s granddaughter Gabby! She is also a World Champion Power Lifter!

Gabby is 17 and started training in May 2008. Later that year she broke three world records. She has now competed in 5 British Championships and 3 World Championships, winning her class each time.

Gabby has broken a total of 42 world records.

Paul is a triathlon coach and lives in Manchester . Paul had a bike problem on the Arrieta highway but he was rescued by the bike mechanics after several minutes delay and was delighted with his finishing time.

Chris is an archaeologist and comes from Lancashire. Knocking 40 minutes off your personal best is an big achievement and if Chris does the same again next time, who knows, he could be on the plane to Hawaii!

David is a “bean counter” (he tells me that really he is an accountant!) and lives with wife Michelle and the children in Surrey.
